Director of Intelligence

We are hiring a Director of Intelligence to lead investigations into illicit networks and national security threats. You will turn difficult questions into collection plans, analysis, and finished products that customers can act on.
What you'll do
- Lead investigations into illicit finance, sanctions evasion, trafficking, foreign influence, and threats to critical infrastructure
- Turn customer questions into clear intelligence requirements and collection plans
- Produce finished intelligence with clear sourcing, corroboration, and confidence assessments
- Brief government customers and fold their feedback into the next cycle
- Set the analytical standards and workflows, then recruit and manage the analysts who work to them
You will work directly with engineers to build the tools you need against publicly and commercially available data. You should be excited to define the tradecraft rather than inherit it.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in intelligence, national security, law enforcement, financial crime, or investigative journalism
- A track record leading complex investigations into real-world networks
- Strong OSINT skills and good judgment about sources, uncertainty, and analytical confidence
- Excellent analytical writing and briefing skills
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts
